For those of you who are getting into the Christmas spirit, it is definitely worth taking a look at the hours of work some folks have put into decorating their houses with Christmas lights. Many of the houses look amazing.
Some great streets to check out are Second Street in Ashbury and Chauvel Street & Cutler Parade in North Ryde. Fun for the whole family!

Just because you shouldn’t mix drinks, doesn’t mean that you are stuck with what you started with. If you would like to be involved in contributing to Metroside, whether it be assisting in advertising, event promoting or providing content, your contribution is always welcomed.
You can let us know how you can help by visiting the Metroside Contact Us page.
We are looking for people who are interested in helping add information about what is going on in and around Sydney, as well as adding music or movie reviews and providing general assistance in broading the information within the site. If you feel you can help out. Let us know!
One particular area that I would like to expand on the site is members posting editorials about a weekly current affair or news item. If you have something you would like to add, why not use the Bulletin Board or the forums!
Metroside Members dont forget to personalise your profile by update it with details about yourself and your interests. Also add a photo to your profile which will be displayed in various areas of the site when you contribute.
Over time I would like to phase out the posting out of complementary tickets by providing all Metroside patrons with the same discounts and conditions as the tickets, but do this by placing names on the guest list for each event. The benefit of this is that you will have extra time, two days or so, to submit a guest list for the event you wish to attend. Having to post out tickets to receive complementary entry needs to be posted out early in the week for you to receive them. If this isn`t done then you simply miss out on receiving complementary entry which I`m sure can be frustrating at times.
To submit a guest list through Metroside just follow the few steps outlined below;
1. Register a personal profile to become a part of the Metroside Community. 2. Once registered. Login through the homepage. 3. Select the My Guest List link under the Members Area menu 4. Fill out the form with your friends names. 5. Done!
So instead of submitting a request for tickets to be posted out, please submit a guest list instead. If you have any questions or enquires please email email@example.com
